What a lovely surprise to receive your gift basket today - I think you have
things a little mixed up though, it is us who should be thanking you!! The
thought was very warmly appreciated and our first little house warming
present. We'll have to try and find some time to drink the champers - things
are a little hectic to say the least and I am very glad I have time off work.

I just wanted to write you a thank you note. If I had put it on paper you
wouldn't have got it in a million years so I'm emailing it!!! We really
appreciate your time friendship professionalism and above all your
patience. You have been instrumental in turning our lives around with not
only your encouragement but also in educating us. When we met in around
2001 our taxable income for the year before was just over 19,000 and lots
had laughed at us when we started asking how to buy a house (one guy told
me to ring when I inherited 50k)
It took 4 or so years and your help to turn it around and we have now been
in this house for 2 years this month, sometimes all we had to run on was
your belief in us, when everyone was ridiculing us you would ring us up
not listen to our excuse and tell us what to do next. Even when Rob fell
and was out of work for 3 months, our lowest point without the major
income earner and still you didn't give up on us - just your phone calls
was enough to keep us on track.
(lucky by then you had taught us some money management skills)
Wow how far have we come since
-buying the house
- set up our own business with an estimated turnover of $140,000 for next
year,
- two trucks which will pay themselves off, and consider that I'm happily
renovating the house to a better value than what I brought it and my life
is much rosier than before!!!!
